What you’ll be doing
From day one, you’ll be immersed in data work, supported by structured training and experience that gives you a full view of life as a data consultant. You will:
- Complete core training to get familiar with the platforms and tools we use
- Manage, cleanse, and aggregate data, and carry out profiling and visualisation tasks
- Work on real projects, building technical solutions, and making evidence-based recommendations
- Develop a solid understanding of data structures, databases, and analytical tools
- Explore structured and unstructured data, while learning to resolve data quality issues
- Gain insight into consultancy life, including bid writing and project planning
- Attend networking events and conferences alongside experienced consultants

Essential requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in English
- UK resident, with the right to work in the UK
- A numerate or technical degree, 2:2 and above
- Lived in the UK for the past 5 consecutive years (essential eligibility criteria to obtain a Security Clearance via UK security vetting)
- Willingness to undergo UK Security Vetting
